Our office offers convenient and early morning, evening and some Saturday appointments. These appointments are very popular and we make every effort to accommodate all of our patients, but at the same time, we encourage our patients to be flexible, scheduling appointments during the day.

If you can not keep an appointment, please call the office immediately. We ask that you please give 48 hour notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient. Broken appointments or cancelations with less then 48 hour notice may be subject to a charge.

OFFICE POLICIES

We are committed to helping our patients maximize their insurance benefits.  Insurance policies vary significantly, therefore, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.  Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.  As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company and allow 45 days  for them to render payment.  After 60 days of non-payment by your insurance company, you will be responsible for the entire balance.  Once your insurance has paid, if there is any balance, a statement will be sent to you with payment due upon receipt.

Our Office Policy Regarding Dental Insurance

If we have received all of your insurance information by the day of the appointment, we will be happy to file your claim for you.  You must be familiar with your insurance benefits, as we will collect from you the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay.  By law your insurance company is required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt.  We file all insurance so your insurance company will receive each claim within days of the treatment.  You are responsible for any balance on your account after 30 days, whether insurance has paid or not.

Please understand that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients.  We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim.  We can only assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment.  We at no time guarantee what your insurance company will or will not do with each claim.  Once again, we file claims as a courtesy to you.

We process insurance claims, accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and we also offer a flexible payment plan with 0% financing.  Please see our financial coordinator for details.

Missed Appointments

Once an appointment has been made, please remember that this time has been reserved specifically for you.  We reserve the right to charge a fee for all canceled or missed appointments without  a 48-hours notice.
