We are committed to helping our patients maximize their insurance benefits.  Insurance policies vary significantly, therefore, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.  Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.  As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company and allow 45 days  for them to render payment.  After 60 days of non-payment by your insurance company, you will be responsible for the entire balance.  Once your insurance has paid, if there is any balance, a statement will be sent to you with payment due upon receipt.

Minors
Payment for services for the treatment of minors can be made by check, cash or credit card and is the responsibility of the adult accompanying that minor.

Missed Appointments
Once an appointment has been made, please remember that this time has been reserved specifically for you.  We reserve the right to charge a fee for all canceled or missed appointments without  a 24-hours notice. 

We pride ourselves on the excellent and complete treatments we give our patients using our multi-specialty approach to general and family dentistry.  For your convenience, we're open six days per week and we have late evening and Saturday hours.  We process insurance, accept checks, visa, master card, discover, and offer 0% financing.
